Ajay Devgn has left no stones unturned in promoting his upcoming movie, ‘Runway 34’. Hence, we will witness two Bollywood superstars sharing the same screen in less than a week. Yes, we are talking about Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn.  Amidst this, Ajay has shared a promo of a courtroom drama, a quibble between him and the lawyer (Amitabh Bachchan). 

In the 15-second promo, Ajay Devgn, portraying a character of a pilot, engages in a verbal argument with the lawyer. He says that in every situation, a pilot is always blamed. Whether it is the fault of ATC or maybe bad weather, in every case, always a pilot is blamed. 

The fans chimed into the comment section and poured their love and wishes within no time. Some of them couldn’t hold their excitement for the film. 

Ajay Devgn’s ‘Runway 34’ consists of a star-studded star cast, including Rakul Preet Singh, Boman Irani, and the legendary Amitabh Bachchan. Not only this, the popular face of YouTube, Ajey Nagar, aka CarryMinati, is all set to step into the showbiz industry with a cameo.

Besides Ajay Devgn, the talented actress Rakul Preet Singh also plays a crucial role as a co-pilot in the movie. Big B plays Narayan Vedant, a lawyer by profession, giving a tough time to the pilots in the courtroom. 

When it comes to portraying the role of a lawyer, there is no one who can perform the part better than our Big B. How can we forget his impeccable performances in the movies like ‘Pink,’ ‘Badla,’ and ‘Chehre’? 

For the unversed, the movie’s plot is based on a true story. According to the hearsay, the plot revolves around the actual incident in 2015, when the Jet Airways Doha Kochi flight faced the issue of turbulence due to lousy weather. And the attempt of the pilot to have a safe landing jeopardized the lives of 150 passengers.

Helmed under the direction of Ajay Devgn, ‘Runway 34’ was earlier titled ‘MayDay’. In an interview, Ajay Devgn shared some deets about the title ‘MayDay’. He said that even an educated person wouldn’t be aware of MayDay. And most of the movie’s plot revolves around the specific Runway 34. So the filmmakers give the green light to the title ‘Runway 34’ instead of MayDay. 

The 53-year-old actor was last seen in S.S Rajamouli’s magnum opus, ‘RRR’.
