Tara Sutaria, born November 19, 1995, is an Indian film and television actress. She began her career as a singer on Disney India’s Big Bada Boom before moving on to acting in the channel’s comedies The Suite Life of Karan & Kabir is 2012 and Oye Jassie in 2013.

Sutaria made her feature film debut in 2019 with Student of the Year 2, for which she was nominated for a Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut. She has since starred in the love dramas Marjaavaan 2019 and Tadap 2021.

Pia, her twin sister, is her best friend. Both received classical ballet, contemporary dance, and Latin American dance training at the Royal Academy of Dance’s School of Classical Ballet and Western Dance and the Imperial Society for Teachers of Dancing in the United Kingdom.

She has been a professional singer since she was seven years old, and she has performed in operas and competitions throughout her career. She graduated from St. Andrew’s College of Arts, Science, and Commerce with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media.
