She later had her drinking water laced with drugs and steroids by a maid, which led to serious health issues.

Tanushree continued, “When I fled to Ujjain in May, my car’s brakes were tampered with twice, resulting in an accident. After 40 days, I returned to Mumbai to continue my everyday life and work after narrowly avoiding death. Now odd, filthy things are outside my apartment complex.
The actress said she would neither commit suicide nor leave this place (Mumbai). She has attributed her harassment and targeting to the #metoo offenders and the NGO she exposed.
