The Kalush Orchestra won the competition with "Stefania"
Ukraine won the No. 1 spot with a remarkable lead of more than 150 points. With a score total of 631, Ukraine occupied the No. 1 spot in the largest song contest in the world on Saturday.
Ukraine was ranked fifth after the national vote round. The public vote saw Ukraine win 439 votes, and it soared to the first place.
The United Kingdom came in second place with 466 points. Spain was third with 459 and Sweden fourth with 438.
The Kalush Orchestra represented the country that won the contest, and submitted the song "Stefania".

Oleh Psiuk is a rapper hailing from Kalush, west Ukraine. He leads the "Stefania" group. He said that he used Ukrainian to rap in order to prove those who claimed the language isn't suitable for rap.
